Ugly Brows Contest Rules and Regulations

These rules govern the Ugly Brows contest. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules.

1. Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Entrants must reside in the United States.
  3. Permanent Makeup (PMU) is not permitted.

2. Submission Guidelines:

  • Submissions must be original and not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Submissions must be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Submissions must be clear and easily viewable.

3. Contest Period:

The contest period will be clearly defined on the homepage.

4. Judging Criteria:

The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation. Specific criteria will be detailed on the homepage.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on the designated date.

6. Prize:

The winner will receive a free brow fix from a participating sponsor (Ellebrow NYC).

7. Disqualification:

  • Submissions that violate these rules may be disqualified.
  • Submissions that are deemed inappropriate or offensive will be removed.

8. Disputes:

Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Ugly Brows contest administrators.

9. Acceptance of Rules:

By entering the contest, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.
